“Dr Regal and the PA seen me for the first time 1/16/23.
I was hesitant about having surgery. Dr Regal explained everything, from the X-rays, to the procedure of surgery. He told me it was up to me, no pressure from him at all. He has such a mild manner, soft spoken I was very comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend Dr Regal.

“I was impressed with how quickly they x rayed me and explained what was going on. First a PA saw me and then after that reviewed my x rays and then Dr. Regal came in to go over everything. He was extremely kind and took his time sharing all my options! I would recommend him to anyone and appreciated the office’s efficiency. Everyone was super pleasant.”

About Dr. Steven Regal
Dr. Regal is an orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery. He offers comprehensive orthopaedic care for the entire upper extremity. He has clinical expertise in hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder and peripheral nerve surgery, including arthroscopy, tendon-ligament injuries, arthritis, joint replacement and reconstruction, and management of fractures.
Dr. Regal is a native of western Pennsylvania who earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery with the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He went on to complete additional training through a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and Metro Health hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Regal has submitted abstracts and presented his research to medical audiences around the country and is a published author in multiple medical journals and a book chapter.
