“Nice, efficient and modern office. I saw Sophia, the CRNP and she was very friendly and very competent. I liked that she also consulted with Dr. Twan after she was with me. I saw Dr. Twan after everyone else had done their part and he was friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Actually everyone that had contact with me was very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. I was very satisfied with this office; my only complaint is that the office is not located near me, but that is not their fault??”

Steven has nearly 40 years of experience practicing primary care medicine, during which time he began clinical education and training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Mercy Hospital, including a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh. Waited over an hour just to be seen and wasn’t even seen by the correct doctor. The doctor I did see was entirely unhelpful and very strange.

The office is very rude and doctor was rude as well. I felt like they were discriminating against IDD client. We simply came for a physical with the paperwork and a very clear knowledge of our client and his medical history. Even came with his current med list and reasonings why and his diagnosis. It was also clearly printed on our physical paperwork. Made us stand in the hallway for a letter. Very argumentative and kept saying that he isnt refusing us but wouldn't see us. Then said they would see us but wont fill out patients paperwork. False advertisement on website.
