A physician from Dr. Steven Wong's team, Dr. Patricia Halo, treated me very carefully and with great attention. I received three different types of therapy for my feet right at the first visit: some electric procedure + ointment + massage. Two follow up appointments were scheduled. Dr. Halo also helped me with another problem: ear skin infection.

Very low budget medical experience. They cancelled my confirmed appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time. Fortunately I was available for a later time they had. Then they neglected to give the full address and I walked around for 10 minutes while the neglected to answer 3 calls. Process of elimination helped me find the office where the assistant was on lunch (now past my rescheduled appt time.) I observed my doctor beginning a prior appt at 12 minutes into my appt time. Then to top it off, I was told they don't bill and I need to prepay for my visit. Never have I ever heard or encountered this.
