I’m Dr. Stuart Hart, a urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience caring for women with bladder, urinary, and pelvic health conditions. I understand that symptoms such as bladder leakage, urinary urgency, frequent urination, and pelvic discomfort can be disruptive and sometimes difficult to discuss. My goal is to make expert, compassionate care easier to access in a comfortable and respectful environment. Through Urology Health, I provide virtual evaluation and treatment for overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, stress urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, nighttime urination, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder discomfort, and previously diagnosed interstitial cystitis. I believe treatment should be personalized to your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. During your visit, I will review your symptoms, medications, prior treatments, and relevant medical records. When appropriate, I can order urine or blood testing, prescribe medication, recommend conservative treatments, and coordinate referrals for in-person evaluation or procedures. Whenever possible, I emphasize evidence-based, nonsurgical treatment before considering more invasive options. Treatment may include bladder training, pelvic-floor exercises, urge-control techniques, lifestyle and fluid-management strategies, medication, and ongoing symptom monitoring. I served on the faculty of the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine for 18 years. I have published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles, contributed to advances in pelvic-health technology, and trained physicians around the world. Most importantly, I want every patient to feel heard and supported. Together, we will develop a practical treatment plan designed to improve your symptoms, confidence, and quality of life.
