Dr. Kafali is great. She always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is willing to spend time with patients and answer questions thoroughly.
Dr. Kafali was very nice and addressed my needs for contraception and an annual women's health exam.
Dr. Kafali is exactly what I was looking for. She is incredibly smart, but maintains a down to earth / easy to talk to attitude. I never felt rushed and was able to talk with her about all the topics on my list. Highly recommend!
She's straight and to the point In a great way. She educates without tiptoeing around tough topics but also is reassuring and gentle. She is thorough about both the medical piece while at the same time giving you information to navigate insurance and logistics.
It was perfect! Small practice and I didn't feel like one of 100 patients. Doctor was thorough and patient. The staff was friendly and patient as well.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali was amazing!! She made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. She was down to earth and I would recommend her to anyone!
I love Dr. Kafali! She is very professional and yet personable. I am always comfortable talking about anything with her.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali had a very friendly and open attitude. She made me feel comfortable and asked good questions.
I love her she is really nice I will not be changing doctors no time soon
I'm happy to have found this doctor!
Dr. Kafali was warm and kind and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new gynecologist!
Quick and painless exam with a fun and feisty doc.
Dr Kafali is incredibly personable and thorough.
I went to an annual exam. She did not do a manual organ examination and I had to ask her to do a breast exam. When I declined STD testing because I am in a very committed relationship, she proceeded to tell me my fiance could be cheating on me and bringing something home. I don't know who burned her in the past but I did not appreciate that. Our visit ended with her banging her fists on her laptop which she apparently had no idea how to use. She left the room and sent her nurse in to say goodbye.
The best women's health specialist I've ever been to. I will continue to use her as my gynecologist and for any future family planning and women's health needs!
Love Her! She is amazing and so kind. I would recommend her to anyone that asks!
Dr. Kafali is a great doctor! She actually took time to sit down and listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. Very caring and compassionate person.
Her bedside manner is unmatched. She is fantastic.
I had a very good experience. Dr Kafali is engaging and confident, great energy, very practical. I came in for just an annual exam but she helped me frame simple choices with an eye toward the future. I will stick with her practice.
I absolutely love Dr. Kafali. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and completely trust her expertise. She is an amazing surgeon, passionate about her work and really cares about you as a person. I highly recommend her for every woman.
She is amazing! She is very informative, great bedside manner, very caring and truly happy for us.
Dr. Kafali is awesome. I've been searching for a gynecologist for a while and am really happy with my decision. Pap smears are uncomfortable and awful but she's really good at making you feel comfortable and the procedure itself took less than 30 seconds which I very much appreciated since I was having a lot of anxiety about it. Plus she wears cool glasses.
Very knowledgeable, very friendly, took the time to listen to me. I definitely found a good doctor and we'll stick with her.
Shes great and I would send another woman to her in a heartbeat.
She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable right away and she is very informative! Her whole staff was very friendly.
Best OB-Gyn in Chicago!
Dr. Kafali is an amazing woman. She keeps her patients comfortable and feel empowered about taking care of themselves. I love her!
Love Dr. Kafali!! She spends lots of time explaining things and is so sweet!!
I've been a patient for some years now. I have maintained Dr. Kafali as my doctor even when I was uninsured because I knew no one would make me as comfortable and confident in their medical guidance as she. And even now, her location isn't near my home and I won't ever change. She has THE BEST bedside manner, makes you feel very attended to and is very gentle. Her office is almost always busy but she makes you feel like #1 and her nurses have always been patient and kind.
I love Dr. Kafali! She always answers all of my questions and puts me at ease. My only complaint is the wait time. I always have to wait at least an hour after my appointment time to see her.
The staff was very friendly and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. My only complaint is that when I first walked in, the receptionist did not greet me, which was a little off-putting because it was my first visit. She was on the phone with a customer, but afterwards she was friendly. Other than that it was a very pleasant and professional atmosphere.
Not very impressed, sorry to say. Dr. Sue had a weird vibe about her. She seemed more like a performance artist to me than a doctor. She asked me what did I know about the procedure in which I'm interested, and I told her a little of what I read online. She made a big deal about how much I had done my homework when most patients today look things up on the internet. I did no more than the average patient today. The fuss she made about how much homework I did felt condescending. She didn't know the cost of the procedure, and said to call her practice manager. Three other doctors with whom I consulted gave me the price when I asked. I see no excuse for her not knowing. I will be giving my business to one of the doctors I saw.
I would not recommend this doctor. The waiting room was semi-chaotic in that music was playing along with a television on. I could also smell someone's lunch (but no one in the waiting room had any food) and it didn't smell great. My appointment was for 2:40 and I didn't get called until 3:20. They had to take my blood pressure 3 times because the first 2 times they didn't get a reading because of my sweater. After doing a PAP smear, Dr. Kafali said, "cross your fingers we got enough cells." I don't want to cross my fingers that my physician did their job correctly, especially for a procedure that isn't the most comfortable. The one thing I did like what that she did take the time to instruct on doing a monthly breast-self exam.
Dr Kafali is amazing. She is so personable and approachable. I highly recommend her in all regards.
Dr. Kafali is great. She is kind and funny and she really takes her time with her patients. I have never felt rushed, and that is really inportant to me. Her office in Lincoln Park is in a great location and its very nice. She is very precautious too, she takes her job very seriously and I feel I can trust her completely.
I love visiting Dr. Kafali. She's so fun and easy to talk to. She's constantly asking if I have any questions and is always at the ready if I need anything. She's easily accessible by email which is great because I'm always on the go with my job. I trust her and feel completely comfortable under her care.
I enjoyed my visit at the Halsted office. Dr. Kafali is always pleasant and helpful.
She was so great. Very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable the whole time.
it was great, long wait time but that was to be expected doctors are always like that, it was worth it though she eased my mind about a lot of things.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali is awesome! She is very thorough. She is really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I liked her a lot.
great staff, welcoming, patient, supportive, and informative
She does a good job, straight to the point but seems very rushed and has no time to answer questions. Just does what's necessary and on to the next patient no explanation no what's next, what do I do. Just gone out of the room.
She is very nice and professional. She makes you feel comfortable and is ready to answer any questions you might have. The waiting time is about 30 min and the place is nice.
This is my 3rd time seeing this doctor and the nurse and doctor kept asking if this was my first time to the office, I thought that was unprofessional. Also, the wait time was frustrating.. they told me to arrive 15 mins before my appointment, then I had to wait an hour to actually see the doctor
The atmosphere was incredibly light and welcoming.
Unprofessional staff. Doctor's nurse assistant also unprofessional and rude. I cancelled my second appointment days ahead and my insurance was billed anyway as well.
She looks like a professional in her field. She is making you feel good by giving detailed informations
Dr. Onispar-Kafali has a great sense of humor and does a great job making me feel comfortable asking questions. She is efficient and gets me in and out quickly, always with a pleasant attitude.
Dr. Kafali is genuine, professional and compassionate. She listens, educated on the most recent procedures, medicines and techniques ensuring you get the best treatment. She takes her time with you which is a rare find - the care recieved is second to none!
Very attentive and kind. It was easy setting up follow-up appointments. I never once felt belittled and she patiently listened to my concerns, both major and minor. I finally feel like I've found a doc I'll see for years ongoing.
I really like Dr. Kafali. She's no nonsense with a sense of humor. The practice is busy, so she can have a wait time, but I switched to her at 20 weeks pregnant and wouldn't have had it any of way.
Dr. Kafali is one of the very best doctors I have ever worked with. She has been so extremely attentive to my health and wellbeing over the past few years that I have been seeing her, and I would never switch to another OBGYN. I moved to another state and will still be traveling back to Chicago to work with her - that's how amazing of a doctor she is!
She was awesome and answer my questions in a kindly matter.
Efficient yet thorough... Professional yet personable... Assertive yet understanding... Genuine, passionate, and always makes you feel like you are so much more to her than just another patient! From offering ultrasounds at every prenatal checkup absolutely FREE, with no insurance billing either, to making you feel like you are best friends the moment she walks into the room. Not only have I seen her for my most recent pregnancy, but she is also handling another procedure I need. I fully trust her opinion and her skills with every single need women require medical attention for. Her staff is equally as amazing!
I knew I'd been blessed when I found Dr. Kafali. She is amazing. Kind, incredibly caring and compassionate, funny - I could go on. One of the best things about Dr. Kafali is she's a BRILLIANT doctor. I'll never change doctors unless I move! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HER!
Nice, small office. Sue is great--very friendly and I feel comfortable with her. I went for an annual exam and it was short, sweet and to the point.
My visit with Dr. Onispir-Kafali was amazing. It was so refreshing to see a caring doctor who listens and shows concern for her patients.
She was great - awesome communication before and during the appointment. She even told me I could text her if I had any concerns. I had to wait about an hour past the time my appointment was set, but I will take that for a great doctor and a facility that looks clean and professional.
She was very knowledgeable about previous conditions and I felt she was very thorough with her explanations and the time she took to review records from my previous doctor. She ordered the necessary tests and explained exactly why she was ordering them and what information they would give her. She also explained why we would make one decision over another, based on the results. I did feel, however, that she was a little rushed and didn't seem to have time to listen to everything I thought was important to my condition, and felt a little "dismissed" when I left her office. To be fair, however, I get very nervous with new doctors, and coming from a previous doctor who loves to sit and chat FOREVER, my feeling of being rushed may be an unintentional comparison to my very chatty former doc.
The reason I came here was to get the Mirena IUD. Dr. Kafali was so nice and seemed very thorough. She had me set up an appointment for an ultrasound for the next day and gave me a prescription to relax the cervix on the day then IUD was to be put in. After the ultrasound, I was told that the Mirena would be ordered and they would call me to set up an appointment to put it in. Two weeks went by and I called to make sure it had been ordered. The receptionist assured me that she would check and if it hadn't been ordered she would order it. A month went by. I called. After being put on hold for 10 min the receptionist told me that if the IUD had arrived, she'd call me back to schedule the appointment. If it hadn't arrived, she wouldn't call me back. No call. Another week went by so I decided to get a new gynecologist. This was 3 weeks ago and Dr. kafalis office still hasn't called me!
Very knowledgeable and created a plan, she spoke with me and was able to explain things very easily. She gives me hope for helping me figure out my complications
Very friendly and takes her time.
A wonderful professional who makes you feel comfortable during your visit. If you're looking for a doctor who will spend the time to get to know you, address your concerns and is truly invested in your health, I highly recommend Dr. Onispir-Kafali! The nurses and staff are also very professional, helpful, and kind. I want to address that on a occasion you may have a wait for your appointment. It's always been reasonable in my experience, and you just have to be mindful that they are running a small, private practice. If a patient comes in who has more concerns than usual, they will require that extra attention and it could disrupt the schedule a bit.
Worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. This was my second appointment with Dr. Khafali, and I will start by saying the first appointment went well. It was very short, but they were aware of my time and she was very sincere. At times she was a little vague and confusing, but I liked her enough to come back a second time. I stressed the urgency of my appointment, but could only get in two weeks from the date at the office on Irving. I went and waited in the waiting room about thirty minutes, and then asked how long it would be as my appointment was, as I had stated the day prior to confirm the appointment, urgent and that I had work so I was concerned of the time. They brushed me off and just said they didn't know. I asked a few different people and no one would give me an answer or even acknowledge me. They wouldn't event look at me or give me a complete sentence. I was shocked at how rude they were because at the other office they were so polite and professional. This office, in my opinion, just wanted my money and couldn't care less that I was there to be treated. I waited until ten after ten o'clock (my appointment was at nine.) I asked for the option of a refund or to just see the doctor for the prescriptions I needed refilled. I was even willing to skip my entire exam it was so urgent to me. They said she'd see me and when I was trying to explain why I was upset Dr. Khafil came into the conversation I was having with the nurse and started being arguementative with me because she has an outstanding patient and THEY didn't haven't the right supplies on hand? I explained to her how horrible my experience had been and she didn't care at all, just wanted to be rude and make me feel guilty. I couldn't believe that she would be so disrespectful and cruel to a patient who had waited over an hour with no word from anyone as to what the status of my appointment would be. I immediately got refunded and will never go back there. I'm also pretty sure they wouldn't even have seen the doctor if I didn't mention wanting my money back. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating patients with such disregard.
Love Dr. Kafali! She is quick, professional, and knowledgeable.
As always, I was greeted prompty by name, made comfortable and felt like a special patient. Dr. Kafali is professional, kind and well educated in the latest techniques for women. She takes care of all details of your health, making sure to address other needs for emotional well-being as well. Thanks Dr. Kafali and team!
I was quite surprised that it took almost 50 minutes to see Dr. Kafali. As I was already in her waiting room when she arrived, and was one of her 1st appt's of the day, this seemed very unusual. However, during my exam and consultation, she NEVER rushed me through, taking as much time as I needed in a relaxed manner. She truly cares about her patients, and it shows ever time I see her.
I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor for a 5 minute appointment. What's the purpose of an appointment if they are not on time. I was also asked the same questions multiple times, which is what my chart is for and also the reason why I completed all the paperwork online ahead of time. Nice lady but the basics of the job should be important.
Dr. Kafali is very personable and efficient. She made what is usually an awkward experience very relaxing.
Everyone in the office is extremely nice and it's always easy to find an open appointment that isn't months in the future. I really like Dr. Onispir-Kafali; she has a way of putting you at ease and she's always very straightforward. She's also very thorough which probably has something to do with the longer wait times but she doesn't make you feel like she's rushing when she's with you. There are some days that there's no wait at all but if you're in a hurry, the ladies at the desk will let you know how many people are ahead of you. I'd rather wait a little longer to see Dr. Onispir-Kafali than a doctor that doesn't remember me and treats me like I'm taking up too much of their time. It's a nice, new feeling to not dread going to an OBGYN!
Super disorganized, waited over an hour to see the doctor and I couldn't get a word in edge wise. I had questions I wanted to ask but she just brushed them off.
I loved her, she made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. She took her time and asked me many questions to learn my medical history. Also, she was very informative on numerous options for my specific needs.
I absolutely loved Dr. Sue. She took the time to get to know me so we could best plan for future treatment. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
Today was my first visit with Dr. Onispir-Kafali. She is very smart, professional and personable. Her staff was wonderful and everyone took the time to make you very comfortable. Actually, this was the best annual exam I've had.
Best OB-GYN I've ever had!
Dr. Kafali and the staff were SUPER nice and personable. I had to wait quite awhile to be seen (and I had arrived 15 min early) but Dr. Kafali had had an emergency C-Section come up that morning and the staff was very apologetic. This was my first visit here and I'm so glad I picked her!
She is so wonderful. Straight to the point and doesn't dance around any subject. I really like that she's so straightforward. Great doctor! Also, the receptionist and nurses are all really great too.
Easily accessible from the Wellington-Brown line stop, just a short walk away. Staff was very friendly. I arrived early since it was my first visit. Dr. Kafali was efficient and kind.
Dr Onispir-Kafali is a wonderful doctor and made me feel completely at ease the moment I entered her office.
I would not recommend going to this Dr. or this office at her Halsted location. I never write bad reviews, but I also never have had such an uncomfortable experience. I arrived on time and it took a good 5 minutes for the staff to greet me and give me my papers because they were on the phone. I understand its hard to break away sometimes, so I looked past this at first. I filled everything out online, so all I had to do was sign the forms. They weren't explained to me and the papers were basically thrown at me...with no pen and nothing to write on. I had to wait again until they were off the phone to get a pen. Again, trying to look past this because I understand working in a medical office can be busy! I waited for about 35 minutes until someone yelled my name from their small hallway. Since I saw three other woman get yelled from the hall like this I assumed it meant they were bringing me back. I walked through the door and was squeezed through the small hallway with three other woman in it into a small room with a curtain door. The "nurse"(if that's what she was wearing her scrubs tucked into her UGG boots) told me to sit down in the chair. I'm looking around this small room thinking.."This cannot be where they are to be treating me at." Best part...I look across on the counter from me and there are 3 urine samples of other patients with their names written on them..right out in the open for everyone to see. Urine samples....on the counter...2 feet from my face. Finally, I realized this is their sterilization room. So, no they didn't do my treatment in this room...but they did take my weight and BP in this room. As well as asking me questions about birth control, pregnancy, sex, etc...again this room is closed with a curtain..right out into the small hallway where three other people are standing. Finally, she takes me to my treatment room. I walk in and she has to change the paper on the bed because it wasn't changed from the last patient. Didn't wipe anything down...no gloves...just ripped the paper off and pulled a new one out. Sanitary. She tells me to undress and the Dr. would be in in a minute. I undressed and waited uncomfortably in the paper gown for another 20 minutes. The Dr. finally comes in...barely introduces herself and starts jabbering on and asking me questions. I barely could answer the questions without her either A. interrupting me to answer them for me, or B. to move onto the next question. She asked me about my birth control and if I am happy...I tell her yes. Simple as that, there should be no more discussion. She decides to start talking to me about a different type of birth control which I never even asked about and didn't care to learn about...She went on for the next 5 minutes about this birth control and how she loves it and I should and need to go on it. She told me we should get something set up, so I can have this long term. Again, saying this is what I need to do. And again, I never even inquired about this birth control and didn't ask or want a long term birth control. Finally, she does the exam...tells me nothing that shes doing...if you're a woman reading this you know how uncomfortable this is and even worse when no one tells you when or what they're doing. She finishes up...tells me something about how next time it won't be this uncomfortable...again she's talking way too fast and going from one subject to the next, so I barely even know what shes talking about. Tells me to schedule for the birth control she wants to put in and I can meet her in the hall for my prescription. I walk in the hall to where she is sitting...which I see must be her "office" stand behind her for a few minutes and then she looks up at me and tells me the prescription is up front. I walked to the front get my prescription and leave right away. I was so disappointed in the whole experience, especially because others had such great reviews. Needless to say I will not be going back to this Dr. From the rude front staff, to the URINE CONTAINERS on the counters, to the Dr. pushing me and telling me what I need and have to do. So disappointed and would not recommend going here to anyone.
Unless you have something serious, do not go here. The wait is simply ridiculous. The first time I went the front desk woman never checked me in and then left to go home, leaving me in the waiting room. I figured it was just a bad employee mistake, so I went again this year and waited for well over an hour for a simple check up. Dr. Onispir-Kafali is very nice, but I do not think I'll be returning.
I really enjoyed Dr. Onispir-Kafali. I can tell her all my concerns, and never lets me walk out of that office feeling like I'm wondering about something. She also doesn't say to much, as to not make your mind race when you leave her office!!
Although I had to wait, it was well worth it! Dr. Kafali has a great way of connecting and getting to know you, you're not just another patient! :-)
Dr. Sue B. Onispir- Kafali answered all my questions and was very nice during my visit. She was very friendly and helped make the experience for my annual exam less awkward. I waited about 30-40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, which is expected during a Friday morning visit. I would definitely recommend both the doctor and the staff. Very professional and comfortable environment.
She have such a welcoming personality, very genuine.
Dr. Kafali was great! I am new to Chicago and needed to find a new OBGYN in the area. I was more than pleased with my visit. She really listed to all of my concerns and asked many questions regarding my overall health history. She was polite, encouraging and non judgemental. I highly recommend her!
Doctor was great and and the receptionist was friendly. Only complaint was the wait time. Waited 45 min after my appointment time then another 10 min the room.
The front desk staff and nurse were nice enough. The wait was a tad long, but the Dr. was very friendly and reassuring. She made me feel really comfortable and seemed very knowledgeable. I've only had one visit, but I will be going back and would recommend others do the same.
She takes the time to catch up w/ you on a personal level which creates a comfortable atmosphere.
She is an amazing doctor. She knows so much, explains things thoroughly and is extremely helpful.
She seemed to have a bad attitude and wasnt communicating well at all. Gave prescriptions for things we.never.spoke about and ordered.an ultrasound saying baby seemed small, but didnt communicate that at all.
I have visited Dr. Kafali multiple times since i moved to Chicago for everything from general check-ups to more focused medial concerns. She has a fantastic bedside manner and is great and explaining issues in a way that is understandable. I also feel like she cares for overall patient health outside of her specialty - which I have found rare in other doctors.
In and out in one hour yet I didn't feel rushed and I felt that the entire staff (receptionist, nurse and doctor) were professional, kind, down to earth and genuine. Very pleased.
Absolutely loved Dr. Kafali! She was so sweet and attentive. I also didn't have to wait long at all, I was in and out in 45 minutes.
I visited with the nurse practitioner, and she was wonderful.
She was really funny and cool. She was very personable. I liked her a lot!
She and her staff were so incredibly nice. I am a very nervous person when it comes to being at the doctor. I picked her because of her bedside manner reviews. She was so kind and calm. She a warm and pleasant personality.
She is really knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend her to all my friends.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali and the staff were absolutely wonderful, it just took a while for my appointment to begin. But I will absolutely keep seeing Dr. Onispir-Kafali!
Dr. Kafali was wonderful. She was very personable and efficient for my annual exam. As a new patient she made me feel welcome and I plan to see her moving forward. I highly recommend her.
My visit with Dr. Sue B Onispir-Kafali was excellent. I will no make her my provider of choice in comparison to my previous provider. She was warm comforting, I highly recommend her.
Sue was awesome! She made me feel really comfortable and was very understand of all my questions/concerns. I would highly recommend her!
She was so personable and made me feel very comfortable. Also took her time explaining things to me which is hard to find! Highly recommend!!
Dr. kafali was lovely. Knowledgeable, patient, on time and very professional.
I've been a patient of Dr.Kafali's for a few years and she has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. She's the best kind of doctor there us and really cares about her patients! Everyone of her nurses have also shown the same kindness and patience.
Dr. Sue was incredible. She was more knowledgeable than any doctor I've seen and didn't try giving me unnecessary tests and advice. I highly recommend her!
Very personable, made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to.
Dr Kafali is an extremely caring physician who always makes me feel like I'm visiting family. Her concern for my health is paramount, but her kindness & compassion makes it impossible for me to even consider changing doctors! I feel very blessed to have found Dr. K.
Great........she took her time, asked questions, and listened to me.
There was a scheduling miscommunication, however, Dr. Kafali- is an amazing doctor, and she worked to rectify the situation immediatly.
Dr. Kafali was friendly and easy to talk to. I was seen promptly and had very little downtime from the minute I walked in until I left - they're very efficient!!
Dr. Kafali is the type of OBGYN I've been looking for. She's very matter of fact and down to earth. She doesn't dance around things. This is her work and she's not shy about it. She walks around in heels after doing surgery all day. She's a boss. Some people might not be ready for just how real she is--she's a no-nonsense type of person and she's down to business--if they're used to OBYGN's handling them with kid gloves. She inserted an IUD for me and she did it in the most efficient and professional manner. I'd tried to have another doctor do it for me before and they didn't prescribe any meds beforehand or tell me to do it while menstruating. Her preparations, including measuring me and telling me to do a lot of research to determine which IUD would be right for me, made all the difference.
She is awesome!
Awesome Doctor & awesome service! Highly recommended.
I've seen this Dr. before and I really liked her. Maybe she was having an off day but the wait-time was ridiculous and I felt incredibly rushed when I finally did see her. I didn't feel like my concerns were honored and felt pressured to get an IUD, something I have reservations about. It was never properly discussed with me at all. Also, I never got a prescription for one of the tests that I originally went to the appointment for. I really like her as a person, but I was really uncomfortable leaving my appointment.
I have enjoyed seeing Dr. Kafali. She explains everything in detail, and actually puts a game plan in place for her patients. I highly recommend her!
Friendly and knowledgeable.
My first visit, everyone kept apologizing to me about the wait. I waited for two and a half hours. Once in with the Dr., I felt rushed and apparently didn't get all of the instructions...because there was no time for questions. The time came for the IUD. Because I felt rushed in the first visit, I didn't know I was supposed to get muscle relaxers. I decided to go ahead and try it without it. She was able to get the IUD in, and then told me the hormones should kick in in the next few days. Uh oh! I had asked for an IUD with no hormones.... So, then, her face went pale as she profusely apologized. She then had to remove the wrong IUD and replace it with the correct IUD. I will remind you. This was all with no muscle relaxers. I tell all of my friends never to here, and neither should you. I certainly will never be going back.
The wait was far too long but she is a good and knowledgeable doctor
I always feel better after seeing Dr Kafali! My exceptionally long wait time was only due to Zoc-Doc's error. I booked a 10:45a.m. appointment, received my automated confirmation call as listed at 8:45a.m., so I immediately called Dr Kafali's office to straighten it out. Upon arrival at 10:30a.m., I was told they had expected me at 8:45! Needless to say, Zoc-Doc blew this one BIG TIME.
Dr Sue is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.
She is one of the best OB doctor to my recollection.
I've seen Dr. Kafali several times, and firstly, she has three locations that are all very easy to get to for someone in the city. I've been to all three and they are all staffed with the nicest people. She herself is incredible at explaining things -- I had to go back for a follow up exam and I wasn't sure why, and she drew me diagrams/gave me information/told me the trajectory of what to expect, etc. I really appreciate the time that she spent with me. Every procedure/exam is as painless as they can be, and she explains exactly what she is doing at all times. Overall, I can't recommend her enough, and I can see why she has won awards.
Very nice doctor!
I feel confident and relaxed every time I leave the office! I recommend Dr. Onispir-Kafali to every one.
I really like her. Plan on returning.
She was great! Super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time.
Due to the weather conditions I waited longer than usual.
I know it was not their fault that the internet was down, but it was a hassle to refill out all the paperwork in the office. The doctor and staff are very friendly, though not particularly communicative or clear on where they want you to go or what they want you to do. I think that only attempting to draw blood one time is a bit short-sighted considering the patient then has to pay another copay to visit a blood clinic. I was surprised that the doctor did not write a diagnosis or put their signature on the form I was supposed to bring to the blood clinic I had found. This meant that the phlebotomist had to take this prescription paper "on faith" and that they would have to issue these charges to my insurance without a diagnosis/reason. The doctor was called and did not call back in a timely manner which will likely be a large hassle with the insurance to explain that the lack of reason was simply because of the neglect of the doctor and not an unnecessary blood test. So, though I know everyone makes mistakes, this was a perturbing one considering I was already paying an additional copay to get blood drawn... I was told I would be called the next day to schedule an ultrasound, but this never happened. I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel like the number of mistakes happening here will likely make me find another doctor to analyze and schedule with. I just don't feel confident in their interest in me or dedication to details. Friendliness doesn't compensate for professionalism...
Dr. Kafali was excellent - quick, kind, and knowledgeable. The office practices as a whole, however, left a little to be desired. Scheduling and rescheduling was difficult, and rather than discuss the results of my pap with me once they were in, they simply called and asked me to make a second appointment to repeat the exam - no explanation. The doctor is great, but be prepared to butt heads with the office from time to time.
Dr. Kafir is great - she is incredibly nice and fun and so thorough with her explanations. She is happy to address any concern. For not having a steady gynecologist in several years, I am so grateful I found one I really like and feel good about.
She is very busy when she's at the hospital, so if you have a lot of questions/concerns book an appointment with her at her downtown location office. You will get more attention there.
Dr Kafali took the time I needed to understand everything about an upcoming procedure. I love her honesty, compassion, thoroughness, her genuine concern is so clear and comforting. I feel so very lucky to have found her & can't imagine seeing anyone else for my needs in her area of expertise.
Dr. Kafali was absolutely wonderful, maintaining a professional and comfortable atmosphere for my first visit with her. I will definitely be returning to see her again!
Dr. Onispir-Kafali is very personable and welcoming. She went to great strides to ensure that I understood my condition and the next step in addressing my situation. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
I really liked the doctor but think I will try her other location next time.
She was absolutely wonderful. My appointment lasted less than ten minutes, but I left feeling more knowledgable than I have at any other ob appt in the last ten years. She was so kind, and made me feel like the most important patient of the day. I'd recommend Dr. Kafali to any woman!
She is simply wonderful. Warm, empathetic, intelligent, and insightful. She takes the time to get to know you, your history, and your lifestyle. Highly recommend!
She was fantastic! First time to a gyno and it was way less scary because of her great bedside manner. Definitely recommend.
I found Dr. Kafali to be pleasant, professional, and very informative.
She was GREAT, loved her! Very reassuring. Nurses at the office were also super sweet.
It was quick and painless, I had an art class at 10 and the appointment was at nine so I was a little worried I'd miss it but I didnt. She was nice, friendly and helpful!
She was amazing highly recommended loved her !!!
It was great! I was so glad I was recommended her and would recommend her to others.
I've been a patient of dr. Kafali for quite some time now and the experience is always positive. She genuinely cares about her patients and knows what she is doing !!
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr Kafali. Like most things, our pregnancy didn't go as planned but she made us feel comfortable, educated, and valued as patients. We recommend her highly, you'll be in fantastic hands.
She was absolutely lovely, couldn't have asked for anything better. Her nurse was delightful to.
I've visited her a few times and I really don't think ill be back. Her bedside manner was not good at all. I felt like she was disgusted by me. She did not explain the prescriptions she wrote because she was so busy, I had to look them up after I got home. Her exam wasn't complete. Every time I had tests done I had to call for the results, almost a week later. She is also considered a specialist so her fees are more. Her waiting room is a zoo. I had to stand for the majority of my hour wait. I think she's probably great unless there is an issue, I can only assume that by how many patients were waiting.
She was very detailed in her description as to what was wrong, where she wants me to be, and a great plan to get there! She isn't just interested in the woman on the table...she's interested in everything in your life! From your spouse, to your job, to things that stress you out...her number one goal is making sure that you are more than fine overall!
This was my first visit with Dr. Onispir, she is amazing. I definitely agree with all of the positive reviews. I was looking for new OB/GYN and got it right on the first try. :)
She's fantastic. I had some tests done a week before. Instead of just saying "the results looked good!" she actually explained them to me to make sure I really understood. I highly recommend her!
Good doctor, very thorough and genuinely cares about her patient, even giving a 24 hour number for prescription call-ins and immediate issue resolutions. Physical exam was more uncomfortable than past examinations. Wait time was an hour past appointment time.
My visit was informational, tips to support a healthy relationship, and body awareness. Dr. Kafali was personal and genuine. I left feeling she cared about my whole self and well being.
She's wonderful! Great personality, knows her stuff, she takes time to learn about you as a patient, and she explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. She is thorough, kind, gentle, and has a good sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Kafali!
She is wonderful and professional
Dr. Sue was extremely professional and made me feel really comfortable during the entire visit. She told me I could call at 3am if need be! I will definitely be going back to her.
I loved her and my appointment itself was timely and well done, I just had to wait over an hour for her to get out of surgery- however, I understand that she was covering for another colleague and it's probably not a usual experience.
Always the best, she is very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable.
Dr. Sue was very keen on my well-being - physical and emotional. In addition to the care that I received, I am very appreciative of the time that she spent getting to know me.
Shes a great doctor and makes you feel at ease. Not only does it feel good that she knows what shes doing, she shows that she cares about you and the baby. Not to mention shes really funny!
It doesn't matter what is the wait time, I always will come back because dr sue is an excellent person and doctor!
My visit was fast. I felt comfortable and Sue was professional and very helpful.
She was great, made me feel at ease :)
She was great! Nice and professional and quick!
I appreciated Dr. Kafali's concern and interest in the things that have been on my mind regarding fertility post age 40, IVF, egg freezing, etc. She was efficient and effective during my annual check up. She even took time to speak with me in her office after the examination. I have a good feeling about this doctor. I look forward to continuing to see her for my OB/GYN care. I will visit Dr. Kafali's private office versus the hospital location in the future.
The staff was pleasant, helpful, and gregarious . Dr. Due was engaging, warm, helpful, compassionate, and down to earth. I highly recommend their service!
She is so sweet and funny! Immediately made me feel comfortable on my first visit (the nurses did as well!). I've already recommended her to my best friends and I would recommend her to anyone else!
She's always really friendly and I love the nurse!
Dr. Kafali is great! Ive been going to her for two years now and she's very professional, funny and makes you feel at ease. She took time to listen and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
She made me feel so comfortable and was very helpful. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Kafali was great she really made my wife and I at ease.
Dr. Kafali is amazing. She really takes the time to answer any questions you have and explains everything in terms you can understand. Love her!
It was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her personality was very pleasant as well
I highly recommend Dr. Kafali, she is very down to earth, pleasant and informative.
She is a great doctor, but I had to pay my copay in cash and didn't know before hand- so I ran to the bank to grab it. Luckily (but also unluckily) my wait time was an hour or so, so I didn't miss my appointment. I would say she is awesome, but the wait time and copay cash situation was not.
She is very direct which I appreciate. She also knows what's happening in current medicine and is able to identify the best course of action for your needs. LOVE HER!!!
I thought that she was great. She took the time to listen to me and give me advice. Very personable.
Amazing, smart, professional Doctor who always makes me feel comfortable! Drive across town just to see her! :-)
Awesome! Spent time and didn't rush through appt
She was fantastic! Really was able to put me at ease while being extremely professional at the same time. Best experience I have ever had at a gyno appointment.
She was great. Aside waiting what seemed forever to see her, my first visit with her was short but she immediately knew what my problem was. Not only that, but what I forever have been thinking is a problem and put off by my primary care physician, she addressed and wanted to figure it out right away. I feel like she knows me better than my doctor who I have been seeing for years.
I have been waiting for 50 minutes with no end in sight. Doctor walked in 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start! Unprofessional, i would have liked to sleep in too. She's an alright doctor but I refuse to go to someone that doesn't value my time.
Very personable and truly cares about her patients.
Dr Sue was very friendly and professional. I would see her again. The only thing that I didn't like was I was seen by her one hour after my scheduled apt. Her front staff respond was "we are always busy on Tuesdays." This is not an excuse and unacceptable for a patient to wait that long in the lobby without the staff even appologizing or caring that I was waiting this long. My meter expired and I was lucky not to get a ticket!
Enlightening, encouraging and uplifting!
Dr Kafali is very friendly and nice. She listened to me carefully. The only thing that I could ask more was that if she could suggest me some options how I wanted to proceed for what I am concerned. For example, I have little knowledge about how birth control works and affects my pregnancy when I want to be. I felt I was rushed to tell her what my concerns were. Another thing is I like the Dr.Sue, but I did not like the Thorek hospital. Two of receptionists were not friendly, not nice or polite. I experienced Illinois Masonic was way too better. I will not come back to this hospital.
Dr. Kafali always is quick, professional, and makes sure all of my lady part questions are answered. Wait time is long, but the office staff is great so it's not so bad. She is very direct, which I like, but may not be for everyone.
Absolutely the most pleasabt experience I've had in a doctor's visit. Have and will continue to recommend her!!
Dr. Kafali is amazing!! She is very personable and answers all questions thoroughly. Her staff is nice and attentive.
Dr. Kafali and her staff are lovely. I saw her for regular OBGYN exams and throughout my pregnancy. Their office is flexible and prompt about everything. I had a high risk pregnancy and felt that Dr. Kafali was very attentive.
I thought that Dr Onispir-Kafali was lovely, and would love to continue being her patient. Coming to the office you had to ring a doorbell for permission to enter, there was no one at the desk and I stood outside for 5 minutes not sure if the office was closed. Finally the pharmacist in the building came to open the door. The office staff didn't seem to be in a hurry to help me. I pre-answered all my medical questions online and was told that they didn't have those available so I had to redo them in the paper version. The receptionist also asked me use my cell phone to call my insurance company to verify coverage. Said that the office phone was not in working order. That request was made of me after 50 minutes of waiting for my appointment. I had to hand my cell phone to the nurse so she can ask about my insurance, thought it was handled in an unprofessional manner. I would like to continue going to Dr. Onispir-Kafali, but try to find her at a different office.
She is a pretty cool doctor .Many of my friends have gone to her in the past and recommended her to me.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali is wonderful. She always takes as much time as I need and answers all my questions thoroughly. The organization in the office (reception area) could use some improvement - they have scheduled an appointment incorrectly for me & made a mistake regarding my insurance. However, I would definitely recommend the doctor!
She was a very nice Doctor. I would like to say her diagnoses for my infection was quick. I will see if the prescription is all that I needed. I will be seeing her again in 2 weeks.
Do not go to her if you're a sexual abuse or rape survivor. I am and I included this information on my intake form-- clearly she didn't read it. When I told her during the appointment, she was shocked and made several appalling comments like, "Didn't you tell your mother?" and "That's interesting." I felt horrible. She also tried to tell me about different treatment options for a condition I have while I was not fully clothed and waiting for the exam. The exam at least wasn't painful and she was quick about it, but she also refused to continue when she saw I was crying and so I had to stop before she would continue and just get it over with. She seemed well-intentioned and is probably great if you don't have a history of sexual assault, but I would absolutely never recommend her if you are. Also, not terribly aware about LGBTQ issues.
The girl at the front desk was very rude, to a point where I almost walked out but the second person i dealt with made up for her. His name was Juan Carlos and he made my day!!! the doctor was great, as well. Too bad the first point of contact was not the same as the rest of my experience there.
Dr. Kafali was warm, engaged, and put me totally at ease. Her staff was wonderful, and I was in and out the door in about 30 minutes! Highly, highly recommend.
I have been a few times but my last visit was the worst and I wont be going back. The Dr only ever gave me less than 10 minutes of her time after having to wait for nearly an hour. They split your time between waiting room and the treatment room where they leave you sitting alone. The Dr speaks so loudly that you can hear her talking to the patient in the next room. Hardly great for confidentiality! I get the impression that she only cares about making money and not about the well being of her patients. If she would just spend a little more time trying to get to know the patients and listen to their concerns rather than rushing out of the room and prescribing something quickly or ordering expensive tests/scans.
She was very comforting and friendly.
I can't say enough great things about Sue. I was very nervous going into my appointment (my first appointment for my first pregnancy) but she made me feel so comfortable & took her time with me & encouraged me to ask any questions about anything. She & everyone in her office were very friendly & professional & they were very excited for me & my husband about our pregnancy. Overall, we couldn't have felt better & more excited after leaving our appointment with Sue.
Both Dr. Kafali and her staff were very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. She is a bit brisk when explaining things to you, but when asked to clarify more thoroughly, she was happy to oblige.
The way Dr. Onispir-Kafali's office is set up, you can hear what she's saying to her patients even when the door is closed. This made me extremely uncomfortable knowing that those in the waiting room could hear our private conversation. I also felt uncomfortable for the other patients as they walked out, and I knew the details of their medical issues! Dr. Kafali also seemed extremely rushed while I was there and didn't spend much time making me feel comfortable. I visited her office three or four times, and each time waited over an hour. Unfortunately I would not recommend her and I will be finding another doctor.
The wait time was an hour and 40 minutes. Nothing was said to address the delay either. The office is extremely small - only 2 exam rooms and about 6 chairs in the waiting room. The waiting room was full the entire time I was there and at times people were standing. I also felt there was a lack of privacy in the office. They called us back individually into an open room to do our vitals and discuss our medical history and concerns. Again, the office was extremely small and there wasn't a closed door. After this, we were sent back into the waiting area to wait an additional hour, if not more before we actually got an exam room. Some of the girls would come back and their seats were taken. This was my first time with this doctor and do not plan on going back.
She's sweet and awesome! Very informative, and made me feel comfortable
She is very personable and explained everything extremely well. She takes your health seriously and seems genuine with any advice given.
Really nice doctor. Takes her time to listen to her patients. Definitely will be back :)
I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Sue B. Onispir-Kafali, she made me feel very comfortable. I did however feel like she rushed through our appointment... I was unable to ask all the questions I had hoped to and I still have not heard back/had any follow up regarding my visit.
Dr. Kafali is great! Very friendly and answers and and all of the questions you have.
I really like seeing her, she makes us (me and hubby) feel very comfortable. The only thing I find strange is that she has never asked us "do you have any questions?" we always seem to catch her on her way out the door by trying to ask something at the end of the appointment.
She was very personable! Definitely will continue to use her.
She was very nice and funny. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable on our first appointment.
I feel this is more of an office you want to go to for maternal matters but if it's just for basic women's health it can be quite uncomfortable. There's no privacy when dr.kafali writes the prescription so the people getting their weight and blood pressure are literally inches away hearing everything and it's so incredibly uncomfortable. I've never experienced that in a doctors office. Hopefully she will one day write prescriptions with you in the room or something instead of where anyone and everyone will hear. It makes me want to just run out with out my script. Also with my visit I felt like the women who I believed was a nurse was almost smerking about the prescription I was being prescribed and I felt she was completely unprofessional. I'm already having an issue and this experience only made it worse.
Great doctor, not happy about hour and a half wait time!
Wonderfully helpful. Encouraging and informative.
Finally found my doc!! She was amazing!!!
I had to visit Dr. Kafali under special circumstances resulting in the need for a medical procedure. She was very informative, patient, kind and gentle every step of the way. I would recommend her to everyone!
I absolutely love Dr. Kafali! She's very knowledgable and she's on it right away. She understands my concerns and works with me. And the icing on the cake is how wonderful the office staff is! They're friendly and really get to know me. I love that they offer complimentary cookies and coffee too :)
Great doctor, definitely made a good impression - friendly and informative
She was AWESOME! Got right in, the staff immediately made me feel comfortable, and the doctor was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent bedside manner. She really made me feel comfortable. I'll definitely be back!
I would not recommend going to Dr. Onispir-Kafali. After leaving work early for an appointment, I walked into a packed waiting room and waited over an 1 1/2 to see her - I should have left at that point. My work recently changed insurance carriers so I made the appointment as a new patient annual exam. My prior doctors have always spent a considerable amount of time with me especially as a new patient but that was not the case. She spent 10 minutes in the room and as she was walking out asked if had I had ever had an ultrasound. I said no and her response was "well I think you need one, to see what is going on." Needless to say I was upset and would have expected an explanation (I have never had any issues). She just walked out of the room and told me I needed to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Then, the icing on the cake - apparently, she was upset with one of her employees and as I waiting to pay/check out, she screaming at her in front of me in a different language. I have never been more uncomfortable with any doctor in my life! I made an appointment with a different doctor immediately and of course there was no issues at all. I would highly discourage wasting your time seeing this doctor!
She was amazing!
Ms. Onispir-Kafali was very considerate and understanding. She was efficient and made me feel comfortable. I felt as if I had been seeing her for years.
I thinks Dr. Onispir-Kafali is brilliant. But her office and her need to improve their appointment and time management. It seems to me that they schedule multiple people at the same time. I received a call this last time asking if I could come in about an hour early since the doctor was leaving early. I did show up an hour later... They then proceeded to make me wait 1 hour... so I ended up seeing her at the time I was originally supposed to see her. It doesn't make sense! Last time I was supposed to see her, I showed up on time and she wasn't in the office. There were 5 people ahead of me... I understand she has to deliver babies, but a courtesy call would have been nice...
Dr Kafali is awesome! Her staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. K squeezed me into her schedule last minute. She took time, listened to me, was very friendly and extremely personable. I felt like I wa talking to a close friend. Her caring was very apparent
definetly coming back!very pleasant !!
Doctor Onispir seemed to take a very different approach to my ailment. I liked that since doctor's I've seen in the past tend to stick to one method, and one method only. Her approach was simple, practical, yet different and holistic. This was my first appointment, so it's soon to say how my treatment will go, but I definitely enjoyed my first visit.
Very comfortable and personable.
She was Amazing. As a first time patient, I was unsure. She was totally understanding, caring, and considerate.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Sue. She was very friendly, informative, funny, & professional. I was quite nervous going into the appointment & she made me feel very comfortable & at ease. Her personality meshed well with mine so this was a good match for me & I would recommend her to others.
She was very warm and friendly and seemed knowledgeable about my problem.
Amazing dr! Super friendly! Loved her!
The office is well organized and comfortable . I feel like I'm home. The staff is so sweet.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick... and the rest of the staff seemed equally excellent.
Dr. Kafali is extremely friendly & enthusiastic. She recognized when I was uncomfortable and listened to my needs. My appointment was extremely quick (which is fine with me!) but others may feel that a first time visit should warrant a little more time. Overall, I really liked Dr. Kafali and will return in the future.
Dr. Kafali and her entire staff could not have been more friendly and professional! I was so nervous about going to a new doctor -- but it only took me one shot. I will be going back and continuing to be a patient of Dr. Kafali again and again!
The doctor was amazing. Hands down the BEST OB-GYN I have ever been to!
I am new to Chicago and found Dr. K on ZocDoc. I think she is the best GYN I've had my entire life. Very professional, smart, non-judmental, and listened to my needs. The staff was very friendly as well. The wait was almost nill.
I had a small labia cyst that had been bothering me for a few months. I had gone to another doctor previously and the doctor recommended a full surgery to have it removed. I went to Dr. Sue B. Onispir and literally 1 minute after she looked at it, she did a small 30 sec procedure and took it off! I was by myself and of course your going to be a little nervous, her assistant asked me if I wanted to hold her arm, I thought that was very nice. I found this experience so great especially since I had sleepless nights about my cyst before, since I was told I had no other choices to get rid of it but surgery. So far it hasn't come back and has not been painful at all. I highly recommend her and will be coming back to her for any type of gynecologist visit :)!
Felt absolutely taken care of, also nice practice & staff.
The doctor was very nice. She allowed me to explain my concerns. Also, she reviewed the comments I left for her prior to my appointment. Both mine and my husbands concerns were addresses. Her staff was extremely helpful...Dr. Kafali is our choice for our new journey! I would highly reccomend her services.
It was amazing. She's very LGBT friendly. She immediately know what the cause of my problem was, and gave me a practical, medicine-free solution. She was very helpful, and incredibly friendly!
Dr. Sue B. was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I just moved to Chicago so I was nervous about finding a new doctor. The receptionist and nurse were also great too! I've already recommended her to two of my friends and plan on making her my regular OBGYN doctor.
First my first pregnancy, and my appointment...she left me with no information...and to top it off, she never even gave me a ultrasound picture. Asked very few questions and never gave me any information-hello, new mom here! Found a new doctor within days.
She was very friendly, but didn't listen well. I had to repeat the same information a few different times. And I was in so much pain I could barely stand and the "soonest" I could get an ultrasound was in 2 weeks. I found another doctor that got me in in 2 days.
Dr. Kafali was fantastic! She was gentle and asked a ton of great questions. I felt like I could be open with her, which is a priceless attribute for any doctor but especially for an OB-GYN. I would definitely recommend. Also, the entire office staff was super friendly and nice!
Very friendly, honest and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend her to my girlfriends and family.
She was very sweet and understanding to everything I needed! The nurses were great and caring as well.
This was the best visit I am so happy that I found her on this site. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone.
Very friendly, professional, seemed genuinely concerned about my issues, and a much better fit than my last Zoc-Doc!
Love Doctor Sue! she is super nice and patient, answer all your questions:)I made a perfect choice~
She was great! Thank you:)
Very friendly and answered all my questions. very comfortable office!
BEST. OB-GYN. EVER. I learned more about my body and my health in one visit than I ever have in my entire life. From the very start I felt welcomed, comfortable, and safe. After only one visit, I can pretty much say I will never go anywhere else. Dr Kafali is amazing, extremely friendly, helpful, and has a sense of humor to top things off! I love her!
She makes us feel very comfortable. Great Doctor.
Upbeat / great personality, made me feel comfortable instantly.
It was my first time seeing an OBGYN ever and I was so happy with how comforting everyone was, behind the desk and in the room. Dr. Sue was running late because of a surgery, but I just brought a good book and didn't mind the wait at all. They offered me tea, coffee and cookies, so anyone who offers me food is alright in my book!
Love the doctor!!
Very knowledgable and informative, took time to thoroughly answer any questions and concerns. She also was very bright and personable, which is a relief to someone who gets doctor visit nerves!
She's very personable and has a good sense of humor that will put you at ease. The office is totally lovely and you're made to feel very comfortable (there was complementary tea, coffee and cookies when I was there last). Her staff was super professional and welcoming. Dr. Onispir-Kafali is very thorough and a good listener. I felt very well taken care of.
very nice, knowledgable and on time -- a big plus
Dr. Onispir-Kalafi was very pleasant and eager to answer all of my questions. I was seen within minutes of arriving at her office, and did not feel rushed (I had a lot of questions and concerns). She printed off additional material for me, and really went the extra mile. I would highly recommend her.
I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kafali. She was amazing. I wad a first time patient today and have never been so well cared for at any clinic or hospital.
She is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
Dr. Onispir-Kafali was extremely friendly, thorough, and considerate.
Excellent care, very nice staff and direct, honest advice/ aid.
