About Dr. Suey Wong Urena

Dr. Suey Wong-Urena is a board certified primary care physician who provides comprehensive care for many acute and chronic diseases including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, asthma and thyroid disease management. Her consultations also include health risk assessments, screening tests, immunization and preventive care counselling. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her office staff are fluent in Spanish and Bengali making the practice widely accessible to patients from various cultural backgrounds. Dr. Wong obtained her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana UNIBE in Dominican Republic and went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph's University Medical Center. Dr. Wong is committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients and is passionate about both physical and mental wellness. Dr. Suey Wong Urena was very personable. The appointment started on time, and the office is new and very clean. The check in process went smoothly. Dr. Wong Urena was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Wong is fantastic! She was compassionate, thorough, listened attentively and gave clear recommendations and told me what would happen next. The location in Totowa is amazing! Easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. I didn’t even feel like I was visiting a doctor’s office. If you need a primary care doctor I highly recommend Dr. Wong!
