“I did recently have surgery through Dr. Das. But this review seems to be about recent visit. I guess the biggest takeaway with Dr. Das and his team is that they are quick but not rushed. Your wait time in the waiting room never exceeds a couple of minutes. Each professional I deal with has every question answered that I could come up with. They definitely pros. But the biggest thing I've noticed is that after all the direct things are attended to every professional. There always asks so what questions do you have? I find that very important because even though all the initial things have been gone through that they know they need. They still want you to feel comfortable asking all my silly questions that maybe half of them. I should know the answer to but they still want you to feel comfortable with your decision. I've even asked due to the nature of upcoming surgery. What questions should I ask that I'm not thinking of?? They even had answers for that. ”

I am a board-certified neurosurgeon and the founder of the Brain & Spine Neurosurgical Institute of Rhode Island.

My philosophy has always been simple: surgery is the absolute last resort. In fact, less than 6% of our patients ever require surgery.
Unlike many practices where diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections are delegated out, I personally perform all interventional injections myself. Having your injections delivered directly by a neurosurgeon means you receive precise anatomical targeting with a physician who intimately understands spinal and neurological anatomy.
We treat spine care as a multidisciplinary collaboration. We partner closely with physical therapists and behavioral health specialists under one cohesive approach, addressing both the physical and lifestyle impacts of chronic pain.

Nurse made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. Dr was right on time.
Lady at the reception window had everything ready when I got there.
