My appointment was via Telemedicine as they did not have office hours, at this time, due to the pandemic. This was my first appointment as a new patient. I explained to Dr Patel my symptoms as he listened and then he gave me a diagnosis with an explanation . He also asked me if I had any questions and told me I would be treated with 2 antibiotics , which the RX's were immediately sent to my pharmacists . His office staff Jody and Janice are great. Can't thank them enough for the time they spent with me before and after I had spoken to Dr Patel. They are very efficient, organized and caring.

Doctor seemed to be rushing. He was very quick to judge and make assumptions without hearing my medical history. He was already writing prescriptions and test referrals while I was still explaining symptoms. He had one foot out the door while I was still asking questions.
