Dawn the nurse was wonderful. She was aware that I had a long wait and really assured me that she was sorry for any inconvenience. SDhe was wonderful.

Upon my arrival I checked in with the receptionist despite the doctor commenting that I was placed as a 'no call, no show.' I would also rate the clinic's appearance to be an overall 7.5/10, the bathrooms were not very tidy. The nursing staff is also very chatty and loud with outside conversations but not very welcoming to the patients. I also felt for a first time visit, there should have been a more thorough conversation about my health concerns or goals.
Lastly, the in-house lab was closed due to lack of staff so I was instructed to make another visit to a separate location which was very redundant. I am also not in favor of the MyChart app being the only source for communicating with your medical advisor. It was very complicated trying to retrieve my log in information and I don't particularly care for how their means of verifying your identity.
Personally, I would not recommend to a family or friend. I felt like my visit was informal and ultimately a waste of my time.

My experience exceeded my expectations about my initial appointment for my annual physical. Office communicated well and responded quickly to my questions/concerns. I was seen quickly, and felt heard by the provider. I appreciated that labs were done on site. I would recommend this provider.

My son has anxiety. I felt SUNY was borderline rude. When I book an app with Zoey I EXPECT TO SEE HER! Don’t ever book him with SUNY again. We will leave the practice. My son came home, had a panic attack. She actually said. “ oh that’s not good with you your throat and you should have had this shot sooner. Well, his Pediatrician never mentioned it.
