What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on getting to know the whole person not just the symptoms including their emotional well-being, life stressors, personal strengths, and goals for treatment. I aim to provide care that is calming welcoming and compassionate while also helping clients feel encouraged and hopeful about their progress. my priority is to ensure that each person leaves our sessions feeling heard supported and never alone in their journey
