Different doctor say me for my second visit and then questioned the first one’s assessment and prescribed medication. Had to go thru the intro questions again after sitting in the waiting room for twenty minutes

I was not prescribed all of the medication that I am currently taking. The office is horrible and will not return calls. I have half of my medication at my old pharmacy that I haven't used in months.

Mrs. Jefferson was very calming and thorough. I had no issues giving her honest and open answers, as I never felt as if she was judging me, etc., which I think is super important in a mental health setting. Granted, she was late for the appointment (computer issues)--but I am really happy I waited to connect w. her! Looking forward to working w. her more!

I waited for almost two hours and did not meet with the provider I requested an appointment with, Susan Jefferson. And there was no clear communication on when I would be seen by the next available provider. I then could not reach the office to ask for more details about when I would be seen by the next provider, who I never saw. There was also no proper phone number to reach other than the one they called to confirm the appointment, so I wasn’t able to let them know I could not wait any longer.

I would describe this visit as especially needed. I was very worried, in grief, and ready to change what I was doing (or not doing). Susan provided the safe space for me to create change and begin to flourish in my new life in New Jersey. Susan listened, then asked all the necessary questions for my wellbeing. I scheduled my next appointment immediately.

I had to wait an hour, only to be told the doctor I had booked was running late. So they had me see a different doctor whose accent was too thick to understand. The office is cramped and messy, too.

The office gave me the choice between waiting on the doctor I originally booked (she was finishing up with another client) or seeing a different provider provider immediately. I went with the different clinician, and he was great! Very professional office and quick responses.
