“I'm very grateful that I came across Susan. She's kind, as well as open minded. She creates a safe atmosphere for me to express myself truthfully/authentically and never makes me feel as if she is judging me negatively (I've dealt with this before). I used to have a hard time finding a good provider as there seem to be few and far between these days. I appreciate that Susan listens to and validates my thoughts/feelings but is also very straight forward about her plan and what she thinks - and she does it POLITELY!! She's given me hope for the future and I look forward to seeing what kind of progress we can make ??”
