Susan Taylor, RDN

Susan Taylor, RDN

Dietitian
MI
Susan's journey into nutrition began in college when she took a nutrition class and discovered how food choices can make a big difference in how people feel. Her own struggle with autoimmune issues taught her that good health isn't just about what we eat-it also depends on how we manage stress, sleep, and physical activity. For over twenty years, she has helped clients with various health concerns, including autoimmune conditions, heart health, digestive problems, and weight management. Having dealt with autoimmune issues herself, she understands the challenges her clients face and knows how to help them feel better. Susan believes everyone deserves personalized nutrition care that fits their life. She doesn't believe in strict, one-size-fits-all diets. Instead, she works with each person to find solutions that work for their unique lifestyle and goals. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nutrition from East Carolina University and has special training in weight management and functional nutrition therapy, which looks at how all parts of health work together. When she's not helping clients, Susan enjoys writing and publishing mystery/suspense novels, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
