In therapy, I utilize a blend of solution-focused techniques and motivational interviewing to help clients identify strengths, overcome barriers, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care that evolves with each client’s needs. My dream clients are individuals who have a history of substance use and are seeking meaningful, lasting change. Many of them struggle with underlying trauma and ongoing challenges such as mood dysregulation, depression, and PTSD. These clients are often deeply resilient, even if they don’t yet see it in themselves, and are ready, at their own pace, to explore their patterns, heal from past wounds, and reclaim a sense of self. I feel honored to walk alongside people in this stage of their journey, helping them build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and reconnect with their values and goals.
