Dietitian
PA
I am grateful everyday for the opportunity to help people improve their health and feel their best. I’m inspired by the well-known quote from Hippocrates: ”Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food”. Nutrition plays an integral role in overall wellness and well being. When the body is fueled with the right nutrients, it can truly thrive. For over 25 years I have had the privilege of helping individuals manage and improve their health, including those with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight concerns, gut health issues, autoimmune and cardiovascular disease. My specialty is diabetes care as a certified diabetes care education specialist. I am committed to providing personalized, evidence-based guidance to support long-term health and quality of life. My goal is to support and empower you on your health journey by using nutrition as a powerful tool for healing and prevention. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, --especially enjoying long walks or hikes with my dog. I also enjoy making sourdough bread (and teaching others), cooking nourishing meals, playing pickleball, spending meaningful time with family/ friends, my three grown children and my precious grandson. I look forward to meeting you and partnering with you on your journey to feeling your best!
