I never got to see Mrs Butler. Apparently I misread my appointment time and arrived 10 mins late. The receptionist belittled me and spoke to me like a child! When I completed the \20 minutes of paperwork\" in less than 5 minutes she said \"Impossible!"

Suzanne has not answered my messages in three weeks. I have spoken the person in the office and she said she even doesn't know why I haven't been reached out to but has even been prompting her herself. On top of that, she was not at all knowledgable.

Did not like this provider. She was signed to me because my other provider resigned from Geode. She didn't try to get to know me and when I was vulnerable and shared medication concerns she was not empathetic and came off as not knowledgeable.

Well I was suppose to get a prescription filled for my anxiety but it was never sent to my pharmacy I am still waiting I called and was told she was busy but she was send her a message . I haven't heard anything back

Suzanne was professional, caring and thorough. She followed up as she said she would and seemed to be patient focused. She allowed me to be apart of the process rather than telling me what to do. Highly recommend.
