What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.

Never saw her. Zero communication from her or her office. Phone number was not a phone being answered or a direct line to her. Massively upset by this experience as I am now out of my required medication and the soonest available appointment with someone different isn’t until Friday so I’m going through withdrawal and going to have to titrate back onto certain medications like Lamictal.
