What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our process begins with a thorough assessment to understand your unique needs. For psychiatrists, this involves a diagnostic evaluation exploring symptoms, history, and possible contributing factors. We may recommend a combination of medication management and evidence-based psychotherapy.
In sessions, expect a collaborative and supportive environment. We discuss your progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment plans as needed. For therapists, sessions involve evidence-based talk therapy techniques tailored to your specific challenges.
