Dr is good but it took so so long to take me in. I won’t say bad but expect the waiting sometimes
Doctor have available appointment slots but doesn't see patient until two hours later...
Caotic place, omg Drs only interested in charge insurance.
I finally found a wonderful endo! He ordered the full thyroid panel with antibodies (not just TSH), CBC, CMP, thyroid sonogram and a vitamin drip to treat my anemia. He also palpated my thyroid to check for nodules. I've never had an endo that was so thorough and knowledgeable. Staff was also professional & friendly. I give them 5 stars!
I have absolutely no idea how this doctor has a five star rating. It is genuinely mind blowing to me. For my first visit (the date shown on this review), I waited two hours past my appointment time before being seen. The doctor came and was EXTREMELY touchy. The whole time he was talking to me, he was rubbing (it was almost like massaging) my arm and back, and hugging my shoulder. It was beyond uncomfortable, I left the office literally shaking from how gross it was. During my appointment, I had blood and sonogram taken. I was told to come back after a month for the results. I came back after a month (dreading another physical encounter), waited once again, another two hours+ past my appointment time before being seen. When I went in, I was told that my sonogram results were not ready (a month later), and that they had forgotten to order a blood test, so I had to give more blood and come back after another month+ to see the results (so this appointment was a complete waste of time). The doctor was still very touchy and finally when I was borderline hysterical from the discomfort, my mother told him to stop touching me, and he apologized, but continued rubbing my shoulder and massaging my arm. I told my mother that I would not come here again because I did not want to go through that awful uncomfortable experience again, so she offered to go instead of me just to pick up the test results and leave. She went today, arrived extra early, and still waited over two hours past the appointment time. Over two hours into the wait, she went to the front desk and said that she did not want to see the doctor, and that she just wants my results (which she was authorized to see); the people at the front desk REFUSED to give her the test results saying that the doctor insisted on talking to us first. My mother had to go into a full blown argument with the people at the office before they gave her the results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I still cringe when I think of my experience there. The doctor is BEYOND unprofessional, The rest of the staff is also rude and defensive.
I waited for 2 hours to see the doctor.
He has a wonderful bedside manner & every more important the women behind the front desk were lovely & this carried through to everyone I met inside. The entire staff was lovely, professional & that will keep me as a patient! Also the entire office, every room & bathroom was spotless!
Great doctor, very lucky to see him. Wait time was over 2 hours the only downside.
