I enjoyed visiting Dr. Katz. She is a pleasant person to talk to and knows her area of expertise very well. I will stay with her in the future.

Dr. Chen is very patient and understanding. He keeps up to date with new technology for diabetes treatment which is a big plus. He's also been very responsive whenever I've had to contact him for prescriptions. Highly recommended.
This was my first time seeing Dr Tolbert but he was a very kind and knowledgeable man who was able to see me quickly and efficiently. The whole office (reception and nurses included) was all very pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever said that after 7 years of seeing endocrinologists...I will be back in 5 months for my next appointment, thank you for making everything so easy and stress free!

The doctor was thorough. Which was appreciated, especially after waiting for three hours. His staff is top notch! The ladies at the front reception area were incredibly pleasant and I witnessed them go above and beyond for the patients that called and those that came in with a problem. For that reason I stuck it out and waited the three hours! I knew if I ever needed something, the staff would be readily available to me.

He’s very friendly and patient in explaining the various treatments, putting me at ease with some of my concerns. That helped me to make the best treatment for my health issue.

Firstly, I did not have to fill out any forms, the front desk already had all my info! Not sure if this was from ZocDoc or MountSinai. I arrived about 45 minutes early, and even still was seen within a few minutes. Nurse took my blood pressure, and the doctor came in a minute or two later. I appreciated his honesty and explanations about what was going on with my health and what I needed to do. He was also encouraging and made me feel better about everything. I would certainly recommend him to others...highly.
