Unfortunately I had to complete all of the paper work I completed on zocdoc when I got to the doctors office. They said they needed physical signatures. I also had to priovife my IDs at the office, eventhough I uploaded them onto zocdoc. Not the best process.

Sydney is incredible—far from your average provider. She truly listens to what you’re saying and approaches your health like a thoughtful, deductive science equation. She carefully gathers your symptoms, asks the right questions, forms a few possible explanations, and then orders the appropriate tests to get to the root cause.

Sydney was so kind and helpful. My regular provider was booked up, so I saw Sydney. I highly recommend Sydney and Blair.
The front office staff are loud on the phone and talking to each other. They were talking about a drug seeking patient and needing to get her ID when she comes in, not very professional.

The staff was awesome. The office was easy to find, clean, and with plenty of parking.
Only downside was they were not able to see the full notes I originally left through Zocdoc. But they were kind enough to call me and get that from me before my appointment.

Sydney was super clear in processes in order to understand procedures and was super compassionate at my visits. I felt seen and understood. I've never had more pleasant doctors' appts before her. I can't imagine not going to anyone else at this point.

Worst experience I have ever had as a patient. My appointment was originally pushed back 30 minutes and then my provider was 40 minutes late after that initial push back. I was seen by a float pool provider that provided no solution to my issue and left office several times to consult with another provider because unsure of plan of care. No solution was truly provided. Very unpleasant experience.

Absolute dream office. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Sydney and her nursing assistant were a dream to chat and talk to. So comfortable and casual. I haven't been to a PCP in 9 years and there was zero judgment, just pure happiness and support that I was there.
They offered me so many different options, read me all the things I should consider. They also did lab work in office and vaccines which made it extremely easy to do everything on site. Very fast, efficient, friendly. Highly highly recommend.
