“Outside isn't appealing so it's like I don't know but then you walk inside and it's roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and polite, also understanding and Dr. Rizvi was late but his bedside manner made up for it, I will be seeing him in the future so I suggest you do the same.”

About Dr. Syed Rizvi
Board-certified as a surgeon specializing in vascular conditions, Syed Rizvi, D.O., has over 18 years of experience in the medical field as a general surgeon. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Master's in Public Health from Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health. Dr. Rizvi completed his undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University. He then completed a general surgery residency followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at the Brooklyn campus of NYU Langone Medical Center. Following training, he served as an attending vascular surgeon at Danbury Hospital and was a Clinical Assistant of Surgery at the Larner College of Medicine, University of Vermont.
Dr. Rizvi also served as the Medical Director of the Vascular Laboratory at Mount Sinai South Nassau in Oceanside, NY. He has presented at numerous local, national, and international vascular surgery conferences and is the author of several scientific manuscripts and book chapters in primary vascular surgery textbooks. Actively involved with major national vascular surgery societies, he was recently appointed to membership on national committees.

I made a last minute appointment with Doctor Rivzi due to what I thought was an emergency. When I arrived the entire office staff was Amazing!!! They reassured me and made me feel extremely comfortable. The technician was wonderful!!! She constantly communicated what she was doing and was extremely competent. As for Doctor Rivzi, I am truly grateful for his kindness and medical expertise. I was so impressed with his ability to listen to my concerns and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this doctor and the amazing staff.
