"Sylvia has over 10 years of experience working in the nutrition field with a focus on eating disorders. She has experience working across all levels of care.
Sylvia believes in long term sustainable non-diet approach, working with each individual to understand their goals and needs and helping them incorporate variety, balance, moderation and flexibility. Sylvia is passionate about working alongside each individual to guide and support them on developing a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through education, support and accountability Sylvia helps each individual develop a nourishing and nurturing lifestyle.
