What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices combining elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, Client-Centered, and holistic therapy. I believe in the power of collaboration, working closely with my patients to create a safe and supportive environment where healing and self-discovery can take place.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typical treatment plans include assessment, diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, and regular follow-up. Patients are encouraged to take an active role in their therapeutic process. A supportive and non-judgmental environment is provided, offering guidance when needed and helping patients explore their thoughts and feelings more deeply. I treat a wide range of issues related to mental and emotional well-being, including depression, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder), mood disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
