Provider is great! However, my refill request seem to get nowhere past whoever takes my call. I put in a refill request almost 2 weeks ago finally got it sent to my pharmacy yesterday. My pharmacy had it back ordered, I called the same day to change pharmacy and I am guessing now I wait another 2 weeks to get that done. I called them a few times last week to get update on my refill and apparently whoever gets my call didn’t even know what medication I had called about 3 days ago to get a refill on. Is there no documentation or communication in this office? Great provider! Horrible communication. I was even told I would get a call back and never did. Poor staff communication can hinder a very good provider.

Wonderful, considerate, understanding, I could go on and on. I had some trouble with my WiFi and her and her staff were so patient and helped get it squared away so I didn’t miss my appointment. I only wish I lived closer so I could be face to face, but using video chat with Dr. Mitchell feels the same. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone looking for a specialist in her area of expertise. 10 stars!

The office called me to offer a slightly later appointment for the same day, with a different dr which was no problem. The staff was very nice and informative, as was the dr. She was thorough, answered all my questions, was compassionate, and got me on a treatment plan I felt comfortable with.
