About Dr. Tahera Azharuddin
If you need an appointment, medication refills, or have other concerns, please book an appointment with our doctor for a telemedicine encounter. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our national response, the entire system of medicine is changing to try to keep everyone safe. Tahera Azharuddin MD, FAAFP is a graduate of Michigan State University Family Medicine Residency program at McLaren Regional Hospital, Flint where she also served as a Chief Resident. She held faculty positions at McLaren, Flint, MI and at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Azharuddin is a committed physician to provide you and your family with a high quality personalized healthcare. She is US Board Certified and Canadian Board Certified in Family Medicine with years of experience in providing preventive care, health education and treating acute and chronic illnesses in men, women and children of all ages. Dr. Azharuddin is a lead physician at Rochester Family Medicine PC, a full-service family practice center of experienced and dedicated family doctors providing Primary Care and Urgent Care needs to residents of Rochester Hills, Troy, and Sterling Heights.
