I also focus on ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master's in Nursing from Florida International University, and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. I am described as joyful and understanding. I offer a safe therapeutic environment and help my clients with their emotional wellbeing, providing psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatments for the relief of psychiatric symptoms. My approach is personalized, aiming to empower you with effective tools and insights for managing your mental health.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Sessions will include a psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief therapeutic interventions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles. I have a genuine passion to support those with mental health needs. My greatest goal is to guide my clients by walking with them on their journey, so they can rediscover their own light to shine again.
