I’m Taimaris Mas Marante, PMHNP-BC, and I believe care works best when you feel safe, heard, and respected. With clients 16+, we’ll set clear goals together and build a plan that fits your life—this may include medication management, brief supportive therapy, and practical skills for sleep, focus, and mood. My style is collaborative, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive; I offer care in English and Spanish. In your first visit, I’ll take time to understand your story, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and what matters most to you. We’ll discuss options, side effects, and next steps so you leave with a plan you understand. I can coordinate with your therapist or PCP at your request. Appointments are available in person and via telehealth (Heallow). Clear communication, privacy, and compassionate follow-up are my promises to you.
