Just explained everything. Not over my head.
It was my first time meeting her and I was quite worried with what I had going on. She assured me that I would be okay and made sure to give me the correct prescription as when I was in the ER they did not! I am extremely pleased with her services.
The nurse called me by a name I haven't been called in years and I couldn't believe what I heard. Definitely made my experience 10 times better I appreciated that a lot.
