However, my journey towards becoming a mental health professional isn't solely rooted in professional observations. Like many, I've faced my own share of struggles and hardships throughout life. From personal battles with anxiety and self-doubt to overcoming obstacles and adversities, I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on one's mental health and overall quality of life.
