“I had a wonderful experience here. I came in for a pressing skin matter and was worried and in a lot of pain. Everyone who saw me was extremely kind, patient, professional, and so knowledgeable. I was seen right away. The assistant who saw me was thorough and understanding. Talia, the PA who treated me knew exactly what to do for my situation and explained everything clearly, was very reassuring, and helped walk me through next steps for my issue. I highly recommend!”

The PA I saw was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made the appointment feel productive.
However, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude. First impressions matter in healthcare, and the front desk is a big part of the patient experience. I hope the clinic addresses this.

Honestly, I felt very dismissed. She was in and out, barely asked me any questions. She did not even review my medications before prescribing me two medications. More notably, one of these meds can exacerbate my GI condition, it should literally be avoided for my medical condition! She did not explore any other avenue than the one diagnosis. I gave up, agreed and left. The front desk and nurse were kind. I am really not a review writer, but I felt awful after this appointment.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Ordon. This doctor is a great comminicator, listener, she is very kind and has great bedside manners.
I highly recommend that dermatologist to anyone. Also, everybody that works there is extremely nice. 5 stars

I had a great first dermatologist appointment with Talia Gordon. The office staff was extremely friendly, I was seen right at my appointment time, and didn't have to wait long in the room to see Talia. She quickly assessed my problems and proposed solutions, communicating in a clear manner and helping me understand what the issues were and what I needed to do with my new products. Will definitely go back!

I was seen by the PA Talia without supervision, who was flippant about my unusual scabbed mole and other persistent scab that came out of nowhere. I have a family history of skin cancer. She said they could do a biopsy if I was “losing sleep over it” but “it would leave a scar” and was generally discouraging of doing anything to actually see if I had cancer. She seemed careless and didn’t do a full skin screening until I specifically asked after she said she was done. She looked more at my scalp and my feet even though my arms were my main concern (and should have been hers). She then gave me a prescription to heal the scabs faster than normal and said to come back in several weeks if they didn’t heal, which wasn’t really helpful or necessary in my opinion. I will be getting a second opinion.

This was an odd experience and one I haven’t experienced before. I wouldn’t say there was any medical care given or explanation of symptoms. If I had the ability to write my own prescription there would be no reason to go. The doctor was maybe in there 1 minute. I spent more time repeating my medical history to the nurse that I filled out 20 minutes prior in the waiting room on the tablet.

They kept me waiting for well past when my appointment was for. Multiple people who were late for their own appointments were seen before me despite my having arrived early. I was forced to cancel my appointment and seek a refund for the copay because I couldn’t afford to keep them wasting my time with their poor office management.

First time here, I was genuinely treated with a short attitude and immediately felt very unwelcome. Not quite a great look for the company. I never take the time to write a review unless it’s something positive but this is one was too hard to ignore. It wasn’t busy, the lady just had a horrible attitude and tone that almost had me walking out the door.
While I was filling out new patient paperwork, another employee called in the waiting area for a client to come back. The client didn’t hear her or think it was her being called sorely because they pronounced her name wrong. The employee then stated under her breath “why didn’t you correct me if I was wrong then” and I don’t exaggerate when I say the attitudes really are unpleasant here and extremely unprofessional.
However Kayla, the employee that called me in was very kind and heard my concerns because I couldn’t help but tell her my experience walking in. She was very nice and might be the reason I give this place a chance.

I made an appointment last minute after a rosacea flare up and on NYE. The office was fairly busy but it was an overall good experience with friendly staff. Most of all, Talia assessed the situation quickly and efficiently and within 6 hours I had relief and 24 hours later seeing more improvement.

The entire experience was rushed, I felt glossed over. The bedside manner felt like a checklist, no questions were asked about what I do today for my skincare regimen. No curiosity on my skincare routine or how I might like to make my skin better. My time with the PA was roughly 5 mins, she was in and out and felt like other things were on her mind. The nurse who did my review prior to my exam was more helpful. I will not be recommending this office or PA and will not be returning. I will be seeking care at a different office. I was so excited for my appointment and extremely disappointed in the outcome.
