I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Seeking help can be difficult, but I want to congratulate you on taking this important step. My areas of focus are treating adult clients 18-65 who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other issues.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach to care will be patient-centered and tailored to the individual. Therefore, once we have decided to work together, we will collaborate to provide you with the best possible care. I want my clients to feel respected, valued, and listened to during this therapeutic journey. Open communication between both parties is also important. My goal is to listen, challenge, and provide support to you along the way.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first session will be introductory. During this session, you will have the opportunity to share your story, discuss your treatment goals, and create a plan together. Whether you're navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other concerns, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. This may include psychotherapy, non-medication strategies, medication management, or a combination of these treatments. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts.

I had such a positive experience with Tamara Bradley-Richie, APRN. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. She takes the time to listen without rushing, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you understand your options.
