Following fellowship, Dr. Housman was the founder and medical director of Providence Dermatologic Surgery in Portland, Oregon. She has published over 29 peer-reviewed journal articles. Dr. Housman is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. She is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society and the North Carolina Dermatology Association. Dr. Housman lives in Raleigh with her husband and two children. She enjoys group fitness, biking, traveling, and baking.
