I am passionate about being a healthcare provider because I pride myself on being very attentive to my patients. I want to make sure every patient feels heard and their needs are met.
The role of a primary care provider should be an advocate for each patient's well-being, whether it's mental or physical. Bridging the gap between physical and mental health is important to optimize the provider-patient relationship and engagement in care to achieve treatment outcomes.
I earned my Master's in Family Nursing from Walden University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive, compassionate care.
In my spare time, I like to travel, read books, and spend time with my husband and son. I am also an avid indoor cyclist.

I visited her for a reason that I communicated in the booking notes. When we met, she told me that I shouldn't book visits virtually for that reason and denied treatment. I've been seen for that reason virtually prior, and she accepts virtual appointments for that reason. She didn't listen, was dismissive from the start, and belitting/demeaning while I was struggling. I didn't expect to be continually interrupted during our visit, refused treatment, and scolded for booking. In her notes, she wrote that we had discussed things that she did not actually speak with me about. Practitioners like her are exactly the reason I hesitate to seek care or can't receive treatment until I'm in a medical emergency that could've been prevented, or at least given an attempt to prevent.
