I'm Tamelly, a New York-based bilingual speech-language pathologist (English/Spanish) specializing in pediatric care within outpatient hospital settings since 2012. I hold a Master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from St. John's University, a certificate from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. My expertise includes assessing and treating children with autism, language delays, and pragmatics/social communication challenges. I am currently accepting clients (birth to 18 years) for evaluations and consultations; ADOS evaluations and social therapy are available for any age. Groups will begin in the summer. Evaluations / Consultations / Therapy for: - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ADOS-2 or ADI-R)* - Receptive/Expressive Language - Social Communication - Reading Support - Feeding (Sensory only) - Articulation - Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) *ADOS-2 and ADI-R assessments are part of a multidisciplinary evaluation for autism. Patients should have a provider who can use our report to diagnose or rule out ASD (e.g., neurologist, psychologist, psychiatrist, developmental pediatrician, LCSW); we can also provide referrals. In-person vs Telehealth (Video) Evaluations: - ADOS-2: only conducted in person - ADI-R: may require an in-person visit before or after the interview portion - All others may be conducted via telehealth or in person, depending on the child’s age **In-person visits occur in the client’s home or office locations in Westchester or NYC.
