My name is Tammie Perez, I am a dedicated, experience, compassionate, patient advocate, who loves educating patients. I have been in healthcare for 38 years, the last 19 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I started out as a medical assistant, then continued my Education one step at a time becoming a CNA, LPN, RN, associate, BSN; Bachelors Degree from ASU, masters degree in nursing and education at University of Phoenix , Graduated in 2006, and I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior I worked at Saint Joseph’s Hospital/Barrows Neurological Institute, working on neurosurgery floor for 11 years, and 10 years in different areas of the hospital, including the emergency room, trauma, step down unit, medical, surgical floor, OB, postpartum, and in Education. My Passion is helping my patients reach their best health to have the best quality of Life possible. I look forward to meeting you and providing excellent care to you and your family.
