I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for adults across life span.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
