About Tammy Russell

I am a compassionate, integrative health care practitioner based in Portland, Oregon, with a Master's in Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, as well as an internship at the University of Michigan. For the past 25 years, I have been helping people with gut problems, chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, migraines, diabetes, and obesity. Taking courses in herbalism, homeopathy, and Reiki/energy medicine has allowed me to support patients on a deeper level. Drawing from my own healing journey-and that of my children-I have created multiple protocols that I individualize for each patient. I help those stuck in an endless cycle of GI tests, treatments, supplements, and limited food so they too can heal.
