Tamsin Jordan is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, licensed in New York State and Connecticut. She is a graduate of Hunter College with a Master’s of Science in Nutrition and completed her clinical training at Greenwich Hospital, Connecticut.
Tamsin founded Jordan Nutrition – Health & Wellness, in 2019 focusing primarily on women’s health. Since then, the company has grown into a multi -team practice covering all chronic health conditions, sports nutrition, digestive health and pediatrics. Tamsin prides herself on separating nutrition fact from fiction, creating personalized plans that address the root cause of poor health and avoiding restriction and fad diets.
In her spare time, Tamsin enjoys taking trips with her two boisterous toddlers, running and yoga.

Unlike a lot of other doctors I had seen previously Dr. Tasmin listened to my symptoms and how I’ve been feeling and set me up with a plan on how to get better. I love that she’s able to make recommendations and has a helpful portal to purchase.

Tamsin is an amazing nutritionist. She has a fantastic bedside manner. She is not judgmental, and has a caring a nurturing attitude which she backs up with the science needed to lose weight.
After struggling with my weight for years (pre-diabetes, underactive thyroid, peri-menopause) I knew I needed a professional. I basically said, "Tamsin, I am in your hands, tell me what to eat and I'll do it!" She did not give me any wacky diets, just science, and told me what to eat or replaced my faves with nutritious options. I am almost halfway to a 40-pound weight loss and have Tamsin to thank for it!

Tammy is great! She offers practical and thoughtful advice on nutritional choices without judging. She listens carefully and helps think through alternatives that fit with ones own preferences. Highly recommended!

Being pregnant during the pandemic wasn’t perfect.. but Tammy made it work great. All my appointments was via zoom.. they always started on time.. she was always professional, sweet and cheerful.. very informative and caring. She always made sure that I have all the needed information and she would stay up to date with my regular check ups and help me balance my diet and nutritions. She will answer all my crazy questions and send me additional info if I need one. Definitely recommend!!!
