“Initially I had booked the provider in regards to my daughter having a possible autism diagnosis. I ended up entering my family into the therapy services because I never really considered the state that I was in as a caretaker caring for an individual with developmental delays. She was caring, compassionate and listened to my needs. I also liked how I was able to get a real quick appointment and not have to take a day off of work. She was very flexible and I appreciated that because she made it work. I have referred many of my friends to her. I also am now seeing her for binge eating and she is very thorough and gives comprehensive information that I use in my community. Would definitely recommend five stars”

• Thoughtful Medication Management: We listen before we write a prescription. When medication is clinically appropriate (including stimulant therapies for ADHD) explaining every option clearly so you remain an active partner in your care.
• Practical Life Tools: We teach proven behavioral techniques to manage racing thoughts, Depressionsymptoms, panic, and everyday burnout.
• Mind–Body Balance: We incorporate nervous system regulation, simpleexercises, and lifestyle adjustments to foster long-term mental resilience.
• Therapeutic Modalities: Care is rooted in Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral, Cognitive based, DBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) models.
Who We Serve & Clinical Specialties
Care is via secure telehealth across New York State, with select in-person visits offered on a case-by-case basis. We support clients across the lifespan—from families, including pediatric patients (ages 6 and up) and adolescents to adults and seniors.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Starting care takes courage. You deserve someone who listens, explains the options plainly, and never rushes the decision to medicate. I am accepting new clients now, with prompt appointments and a free 15-minute intro call. If this sounds like the right fit, I would be glad to hear from you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
• Taking that first step to talk to someone takes real courage. We offer warm, judgment-free spaces where you and your family can ask every question, move at your own pace, and feel confident in your care. Provider letters can be discussed as needed if you needed to take the day for your care.
• Practical Life Tools: We build real skills for handling big feelings, racing thoughts, panic, and individuals with “full plates”. We address ailments like Depression, using clear, proven techniques you can practice anywhere.
• Mind-Body Balance: We tap into everyday wellness, simple breathing exercises, and lifestyle habits that help calm the nervous system and build long-term resilience.
