He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas, Houston, completed his residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University as well as a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Texas. With his extensive education, experience, and strong commitment to patient care, he strives to provide comprehensive and compassionate medical services to individuals and families. Dr. T. Ahmed is very nice and very professional. He listens to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I got medications for the medical complaint I have and ordered diagnostic test. It’s nice that I was able to get a next day appt. with him when I really need it and feels that my medical problem is so urgent, …that gave me peace of mind.

I recently visited CLS Health for my annual check-up and was very disappointed. The only positive was the quick check-in. The medical assistant seemed unprofessional, Googling my medical issues I was listing out in front of me and making faces as if she had never heard of them before. When I met Dr. Tanvir Ahmed, he seemed disinterested and the conversation felt awkward. I shared concerns about random sweating episodes, and his first suggestion was sweat powder or Botox, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Excessive sweating can be a sign of more serious issues, and I expected a more thorough evaluation. The only time he seemed engaged was when asking how I found CLS Health. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Ahmed to anyone looking for attentive, professional medical care.

Very clean office, Dr. Ahmed was very professional, communicative, empathetic, and I felt heard and well-attended to. My only wish is that they have a lab on-site to save me a trip to Quest diagnostics.

The doctor is great, but the front desk staff is not. My husband and I had back-to-back yearly check-ups (mine at 9am, his at 10am). We arrived together and told the front desk we were fine being seen at the same time to save time. The waiting room was empty, but she made us wait until 10. When we asked why, she said she thought “I wanted to wait for my husband appt at 10” why would I want to skip my 9 am - we could of both be seen at my 9 appt!. Once in the exam room, we waited another 15–20 minutes, and the doctor apologized, saying he didn’t know we were there—apparently the front desk didn’t inform him. I called later to request blood work that was missed, and the front desk insisted I make a new appointment. When I pushed back, Ariely at front desk finally asked the doctor, who approved it, meaning she had given me unnecessary attitude when I asked because She wanted me to pay another unnecessary visit. Thanks to the doctor for being flexible and thinking of clients first.

My first visit was a stress free one , being a new patient I was expecting that my visit wouldn’t go smoothly and I would be stressed out going through the registration phrase but it was quite the opposite . The receptionist was awesome at what she does .

I felt unheard during my visit as an African American woman. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Ahmed and he did not do his due diligence to ensure that my concerns were properly looked into. I left the office feeling no different than how I felt when I came into the office. I will not return and do not recommend Dr. Ahmed.
