“I had a very positive experience with this endocrinologist and her office. The doctor saw me on time, and my wait time was minimal. She has excellent bedside manner, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to develop a clear treatment plan. The office is run very efficiently, and the staff is professional, friendly, and organized. There is also a lab conveniently located onsite on the first floor, while the doctor’s office is on the second floor of the building, which made the whole process very smooth. I was especially impressed that they followed up promptly—my thyroid results were communicated to me the next day. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this office for anyone looking for efficient and attentive endocrine care.”

“The office acted professionally. They called a few days prior to move the appointment up. That was not a problem. The appointment was scheduled for the day prior to Thanksgiving so I was fearful it would be canceled or otherwise not honored. The doctor was helpful and her bedside manner were great. The check-in/check out process was not as efficient. Everyone had to stand on a long line, blocking the area in front of the doorway. It didn’t seem to make sense. Also, a clerk kept telling us she didn’t know who a doctor my daughter was being referred to was. Hello, ask your coworker. We had to ask her several times for the information before she thought to ask her coworker. That was very strange. Overall the experience was okay though. Would recommend at this point. ”

I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment with Dr. Mody. When she entered the room, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. During the visit, her demeanor felt dismissive, and after I explained my symptoms, my concerns were brushed aside. I was informed that only the labs she deemed necessary would be ordered, rather than addressing the specific tests I requested and the reasons behind them. I waited over two months for this appointment only to have a five minute discussion with the doctor. I will not be recommending her to anyone.

Dr. Mody is great. She listens carefully and asks relevant questions. She is patient and gave me plenty of time to explain my many concerns and answer my many questions.

This was a great experience, start to finish. The front desk worker, Jessica, was born to be in a customer facing role- she was patient, sweet, and competent. I was checked in quickly and easily. I was early and they were able to take me in before my appt time. I saw medical asst, Thea, first. She was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at ease. Then I saw Dr. Mody. I appreciated that she actually read what Thea had written and we went over it together (instead of other experiences where I go through everything, the doctor comes in and simply asks "why are you here"). She listened and was patient (and I KNOW I was rambling and probably seemed unhinged because I was nervous ). She explained what would happen next and set realistic expectations (can't help you if blood work is normal- completely understood). Check out with Jessica was just as easy- got my print out of labs I needed and was set to go. Seriously- extremely organized and streamlined office.

Dr. Mody is a very courteous and compassionate doctor. I am really happy to be a new patient and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Mody was disengaged during my visit. I was referred to her by my doctor based on test results. She showed no interest about what was concerning me. She told me I was okay without performing any further bloodwork. She also mentioned that she had no clue why my testosterone levels would be so high during my periods, and told me that was a matter for the gynecologist and not her. I thought testosterone was a hormonal issue. I felt ignored and rushed. I won’t be coming back or recommending anyone to this doctor. However, the nurse was amazing!
Verified patient
Doc was very knowledgeable and allowed me to express what I felt was the issue as well as added to the conversation in a clear and concise manner. She helped indicate steps I could take to resolve the issue and has motivated me to continue to make a change in my health. Would definitely recommend she is a great listener and someone that I do trust with my health.
