About Tanya Casagrande

Tanya Casagrande was born and raised in Spring, graduating from Klein High School. While in high school, she obtained her EMT certification through the Klein EMT program. Tanya grew up speaking both English and Spanish.
She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated in three years and obtained her Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology, with a minor in Spanish. During this time, she spent her time volunteering and having a leadership position with Longhorn EMS.
After college, Tanya volunteered and was later hired as a Medical Assistant at TOMAGWA Healthcare Ministries where she worked for a brief time and was able to help provide care for those in her community who do not have health insurance. This is where she cemented her passion for family medicine, preventative care, and mental health.
Tanya later obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2021. Tanya is drawn to family medicine because her passion is forming trusting relationships with patients and being able to close the language barrier with Spanish-only-speaking patients.
Outside of the office, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and her two dogs, Ziggy and Maya. Her hobbies include video games, reading, and attending orchestra concerts.

My experience was great it was worth the 30 minutes drive. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. PA Tanya Casagrande was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns. Friendly atmosphere including the Quest office onsite.
