Most relevant
They jump to invasive option to remove veins as best option. Probably most simple - yes, probably they can't do real surgery - yes (it is not hospital). Even when I told i want alternative option, they have pushed me to "radiofrequency ablation" option, scheduled follow up with procedure with this option in mind. In aviation it is called tunnel vision. But sealing veins - must be last resort.
