Ms Milner is awesome! I'm a 44 year old male who's always been leary of getting help for mental health. But with major life changes that's happened, I finally gave into my family's advice to seek help. She listened to my history, did an assessment, and suggested treatment. I'm hopeful for the needed change and grateful for her professional advice. She was very knowledgeable with the medication she suggested and gave valid reasons as to why she believes the route we're taking is the best option. I was super nervous to start over with a new psychiatrist but it was quickly evident that Dr Milner authentically cares about her patient.
