Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
3502 Henderson Blvd 304, Tampa, FL
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring nearly 20 years of nursing experience into every patient interaction, shaping a practice grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and genuine human connection. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of medical and mental health settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to actively listen—not just to what is said, but to what may be unspoken—allowing me to fully understand each patient’s unique story, concerns, and goals. I pride myself on creating a judgment-free zone where patients feel safe, respected, and heard. I understand that seeking mental health care can be vulnerable, and I strive to foster an environment where individuals can openly share their thoughts and experiences without fear of stigma or criticism. My ability to relate to a wide variety of life situations helps me meet patients where they are, offering empathy and perspective that supports trust and connection. I am a certified trauma provider through Evergreen Trauma Certification and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider through PSI (Postpartum Support International). I provide perinatal medication support to patients during pregnancy and postpartum to manage mental health conditions while prioritizing maternal and fetal safety. In our first session together, here's what you can expect Paperwork and consents will be sent prior to your first appointment. Completing this information before your appointment allows for more time establishing the provider client relationship, and being able to start addressing concerns in a more efficient way. You are always welcome to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to meeting. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions At the core of my practice is a genuine desire to help others live to their fullest potential.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
