About Taryn McNeil

Taryn has been in healthcare since 2007, beginning at Mount Sinai South Nassau where she grew from unit clerk to board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She became the dedicated NP for Dr. Frank Gress, MD, FASGE, Chief of Gastroenterology and Director of Interventional Endoscopy — developing clinical protocols, orienting interventional fellows, and functioning as an advanced clinical partner. She proudly served patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, providing consistent care during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.
In 2023 she began treating obesity with GLP-1 medications, becoming the only successful GLP-1 provider at her Long Island location, with referrals coming from cardiology, primary care, and gastroenterology.
