Dr. Turner earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas, Houston. The most rewarding aspect of being a nephrologist for Dr. Turner is the opportunity to impact lives by encouraging patients to make better daily choices that improve their health. She loves seeing the lightbulb go off when people understand their health problems and enjoys walking with them through managing chronic illness or even reversing disease in areas where they can make changes-especially in diet and exercise.
