This appointment was supposed to be an online video call. I was informed through the ZocDoc app that I would be contacted by the doctor with information on how to go through with the video call, but that never occurred. I never received an email, or phone call, or any other instructions, which resulted in the appointment not even happening. I tried to call the phone number that was listed for the doctor's office, but that ended up being a disconnected phone number. Incredibly troubling as this was already a lot for me to go through, and for it to lead no where with absolutely zero information or communication is just saddening.

I really like Dr. Tasha. She actually listens to me, and even with a busy schedule, which I am sure she has, she seems to remember most if not all of the previous appointments bullet-points. I would like to continue to see her for some time.
Verified patientVideo visit
Grateful for a very straightforward experience scheduling, and a thoughtful provider who I felt had a clear idea what my individual needs are.
Video visit
Tasha’s empathy and understanding of my needs without having to verbalize a lot of them was everything I needed in that moment. She was very patient and kind with me while I stumbled over words trying to share all that was necessary in the short time I had with her. I felt truly listened to and could feel the affirmations for what I was sharing to her. Highly recommend seeing Tasha and I look forward to seeing her again.
Video visit
I really enjoyed Dr. Oladipo as a person, she was really sweet and funny and smart. But I had a terrible experience trying to get in touch with her, there’s not really a clear way I found to reach out and it was really unhelpful when she forgot to submit my prescription. I ended up having to get an emergency prescription from my pharmacist while I tried calling her (her voicemail inbox was full), emailing her (she never responded), and finally got a response after I had gone almost a week since my appointment with her. And the response was that I was wrong, they had submitted the prescription (no they had not, I called the pharmacist and confirmed). I ended up paying out of pocket for a different psychiatrist to fill the prescription out of desperation. If she had a better communication team she would be a great psychiatrist to have! But overall wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Tasha was really helpful, made me have faith in medical care. Her compassion and listening skills were exceptional. She had a smile and made me feel comfortable enough to share vulnerable things with her. Definitely would recommend her!
Video visit
I can't leave a thorough review just yet as I have only been in for one visit, but I am looking forward to working with Ms Oladipo more in the future. I was quite impressed by the amount of information I received about medications I had been taking for years which neither of my previous psychiatrists had provided me with along with the clear and concise manner in which that information was delivered. All in all, I feel more optimistic about having my ADD properly treated than I have with any other psychiatrist in the past. would recommend

I have never had great luck with medical providers, and usually, making appointments is a point of great anxiety for me. I was lucky enough to completely happen upon Lux, as they had an appointment available for the same day. This was an extremely lucky accident. The office staff were lovely, helpful, and patient, helping me when my video visit link wasn’t working properly. Beyond this, Tasha listened to all my concerns, and made me feel completely validated. She’s motivated to help me a full comprehensive mental wellness plan that goes beyond just medication, and has already set me up with a follow up to make sure it’s the right mix for me. I cannot recommend Lux, and Tasha Oladipo specifically, enough!

The appointment was via telehealth and there were some connectivity issues which pushed the time further back but she was very calm and helpful through the whole process. Remained objective and supportive throughout.

I felt extremely comfortable talking with her about my issuers. She was a great listener and was always opened to help me. She explained everything I needed to know and made sure I understood. I really enjoyed her friendliness and kindness!
Verified patient
She took her time. She was kind, genuine, and listened to all of my concerns. Within minutes of talking, she was able to verbalize many of the things I was experiencing, and offered a treatment plan that worked for me.
She really listened to what I had to say, described my diagnosis and overall informed me and helped me with my mental health process
Verified patient
Very kind, professional, easy going Nurse practioner. I was almost an hour late to my appt. due to a mistake on my behalf and yet she was still able to see me and be courteous. She really made me feel comfortable and not judged, I would highly recommend her.
Verified patient
She was very helpful and understanding. She provided me with a warm and welcoming environment to where I can open up to her and accept her help.
Verified patient
As nervous about the process as I was, I felt at ease and comfortable with speaking with Tasha. She is very sympathetic and a great listener, I feel confident in starting my healing process.
Verified patient
Insensitive. Did not comment with empathy at all with regards to my symptoms. Just asked questions and changed my treatment plan about three times over the course of my visit. Did not read my medical history, and was not familiar with my current dosing. Told me that she did not agree with what my previous psychiatrist had prescribed for me, made lots of generalizations about my health without asking about my previous history. Would not recommend.

Tasha Oladipo did a good job - she listened, was kind, and offered some of her own insight in as well. I think that when visiting this provider it's important to have clear details you want to make sure you leave the appointment with. For example, she mentioned she would send my medications in but we never verified which pharmacy they were being sent to. It's small but it is important to leave with clarity about what comes next, so try to be mindful - it seems a little easy to forget about this type of thing when in a good conversation :)
Most understanding person ever!
