“Dr Matin, is a versatile and seamless communicator. She is very warm and welcoming. Infact, I referred my daughter to see her. Dr. Matin, is thorough in her area of expertise, wound care. She started me on a course sent me off to start the weekly course and all other necessary regimen, post operative. Additionally, I had enquired about lapiplasty and she discussed con’s versus pros and the compelling situation and implications thereof to keep in mind. Ilustrating and simulating situation is all the difference to a patient.

About Dr. Tasnim Matin
Dr. Tasnim Matin was born and raised in New York City. She attended the New York Institute of Technology – Long Island Campus for her undergraduate studies, where she received her Bachelor's in Biology with honors. Her passion for podiatric medicine led her to spend four years in Miami Shores, Florida, attending Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. After completing her doctorate, Dr. Matin returned to New York City and completed a three-year surgical residency at One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, with accreditation in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery. During her final year of residency, she served as chief resident, leading her team and providing the best care to her patients. In her spare time, you’ll often find her spending time with her large family and traveling. She looks forward to working with and serving the community that has raised her.

My appointment was very simple and straight forward. The doctor was completely honest with which part was going to hurt or not. The doctor was helpful with the pain, letting me know which part of procedure will hurt the most. Then she recommended the ointment to use in order to treat my wound. All around my experience was nice and fast, I stayed in the clinic office for 30 minutes. I highly recommend
